This website is operated under the LEONLY brand by JNJ, s. r. o. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JNJ, s. r. o., trading as LEONLY.
LEONLY offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this site, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your use of the Services.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or other material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PERSONALIZATION
LEONLY offers personalized, made-to-order products created using photographs, names, selections and other personalization information submitted by customers.
You are responsible for ensuring that the photographs, names, spelling, selections and other personalization information you submit are accurate before placing your order.
By uploading a photograph or other content for personalization, you confirm that you own the content or otherwise have the necessary rights or permission to provide it to us and to authorize its use for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
We may use submitted photographs and personalization information as necessary to create, manufacture, process and fulfill your order.
We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings. Because personalized products are created individually, minor variations in positioning, appearance, cropping or production may occur.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, technical errors, inability to produce the submitted personalization, or other legitimate reasons.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can proceed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including your photograph, pet name, product selection, quantity and shipping information.
Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed after they have entered production.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
SECTION 4 - PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our personalized products are made specifically according to the photographs and personalization details provided by each customer.
Because these products are custom-made and clearly personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind except where required by applicable law.
For consumers to whom European Economic Area consumer law applies, clearly personalized or made-to-order goods are generally excluded from the standard right of withdrawal, subject to applicable law.
This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order or applicable legal requirements.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at support@myleonly.com and include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the store or at checkout.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties or other charges, if any, will be displayed or communicated where required.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information for your purchase.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Each LEONLY product is personalized and made to order. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping options and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. Where free shipping is offered, this will be indicated during checkout.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, holidays, production circumstances or other events outside our reasonable control.
We use third-party production and fulfillment partners. As a result, your order may be manufactured and/or shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider from a location different from our registered business address.
We will provide tracking information when tracking is available.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@myleonly.com.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to delivery or risk of loss that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including the LEONLY name, branding, graphics, designs, text and other original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish or commercially exploit our website content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
LEONLY is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with JNJ, s. r. o., trading as LEONLY.
Shopify is not the seller of LEONLY products and is not responsible for fulfilling your purchase from us.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party service providers to process and fulfill orders, information you submit may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate our store, process payments, produce personalized products and fulfill orders.

SECTION 11 - CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily provide reviews, feedback, suggestions or other content intended for publication or promotional use, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.
We will not represent third-party reviews as reviews from LEONLY customers.
Photographs submitted solely for the purpose of creating a personalized order are not treated as permission for us to publicly use those photographs for advertising or marketing unless you separately give us permission to do so.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates or availability.
We may correct errors or update information where reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and handle the order in accordance with applicable law.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website or Services:

These Terms and purchases made through LEONLY are governed by the laws applicable to JNJ, s. r. o. in the Slovak Republic, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
